State of the Vikings: The Break-Up

The Vikings loss in Green Bay Sunday night had a feel to it that is becoming all too familiar to Viking fans this season. The offense starts the game with the “establish the run” mentality that gets them nowhere and puts the team behind in the game. When the offense tries to get back in the game it turns into: “Live by the Favre, die by the Favre”. He threw some costly interceptions, one that was returned for a touchdown and yet at the end of the game he almost led them down the field to victory. After the game Childress threw Brett Favre “under the bus” (according to our buddy Trent Dilfer) with his press conference criticism of Favre’s play. Those comments have set the NFL world ablaze with talk that the schism between Favre and Childress is now full blown. Is this the beginning of the end of their relationship? Are the gloves off now between the two with no more pretending to get along? One thing is certain in all of this, Brett Favre gets sole custody of the lawn tractor.

Breaking up is hard to do.

This movie definatly looks funnier now that the cast has changed. FIRE CHILDRESS… and re-hire him for recruiting in the off-season, thats something he’s good at, getting quality tallent. He commits career suicide every single time he puts the head set on and slowly calls play #6, “The anexation of Puerto Rico.”
